Can You Ship My Bike To... ?
YES! We can ship your bike from anywhere to anywhere in the USA. Here's the information we need: Where is it now? And where is it going? Our rates are based on mileage from pick up to delivery location. The only additional charges would be $195.00 for a side car, simply because it takes up the space of two motorcycles

Can You Make Residential Deliveries?
Yes, both residential pick-up and delivery is available for a nominal fee.* Each of our enclosed trailers are equipped with either a lift gate or ramp system. We don't need a loading dock or fork lift at each stop and our clients aren't required to have a dealer or terminal to take delivery of their bike.

Is My Bike Secure?
Absolutely! All of our trailers are enclosed so your bike is not subject to the weather or public display. The majority of our drivers are also riders who take special care with each motorcycle. We require both pick up and delivery parties to sign off on our Bill of Lading and Inspection Report to assure everyone the bike is in the stated condition. Check out some of our equipment here.

Is My Bike Insured?
Yes. Each bike is insured up to $15,000 and has a $500 deductible (payable by you). You can also increase the shipment valuation for $35 per additional $5,000 of value.

Can I Send Along Some Extra Parts And Pipes?
NO, sorry. Each of the trailers is equipped with a Track and Tie Down System. The motorcycle is placed in position and strapped down to the floor and the sides (they are shipped side by side, nose to tail). There is no good way to keep a little box next to the front tire or hang a helmet from the handle bar. We don't want anything in our trailers which can potentially scratch or dent your bike. No one else does either.

How Is A Pick-Up Scheduled?
Our terminal is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We run regular routes to the East Coast and to the West Coast and to points in between. When you call us for a quote, we will send you a contract. Full payment is required in advance to secure your reservation.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: Your payment schedules the pick up for the motorcycle. Nothing is scheduled until we receive your payment and the signed contract is received at our office. For your payment, we accept personal or business checks, cashier's checks and money orders, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

When Can I Expect My Bike?
We pool as many motorcycles as we can during our cross country runs. Understand, we are simply not driving across the country to pick up or drop off your motorcycle alone. Pooling bikes together for shipping is the key to making motorcycle transportation affordable for you.

When a driver leaves our terminal, our staff contacts each of the driver's stops to relay an approximate arrival date. Arrival dates are approximate due to traffic, road construction or weather conditions we simply have no control over. Schedule well in advance if you need the bike at a certain date.

The route driver also will contact a person at each stop when he is expecting to see them within the next 24 hours. It is important you are available to take delivery or be there when the bike is picked up. We simply do not leave motorcycles or pick up bikes unattended.

What Is The Typical Delivery Time?
To keep shipping affordable for you, we pool as many motorcycles as we can on a truck during our cross country runs. Our trucks depart frequently with normal shipping deliveries running anywhere from 14 to 28 days from the time you call. If you schedule your shipment this week, typically your bike is scheduled on a truck departing Milwaukee, Wisconsin next week. The truck’s total delivery time (and essentially your bike’s pick up time) depends on the zones that the truck crosses. If it picks up and delivers in the same zone, timeframes are extremely short; average timeframe is 7 to 14 days from the time you call to delivery. Returning the signed contract and payment as quickly as possible will help keep the delivery timeframe on schedule.
 
Don’t forget to reserve a spot early for a motorcycle rally! Rallies are popular shipping venues and our trucks fill up quickly during these times.

What Do I Have To Do To Get The Bike Ready For Shipping?
There is no need to drain the gas tank or disconnect the battery. This is great if you are shipping your bike to a rally or to a vacation spot. If you have hard bags or a trunk, you can pack them to your hearts content, however, YOU are responsible for the contents so please make sure they are locked. We only need to be able to move your bike on to the trailer and maneuver it into position.
